FPI SupNIR-2700 is the latest generation of self-developed benchtop NIR analyzer, designed for analysis in the food and agricultural industries. Its wavelength range covers 1000-2500 nm. With the help of computer software called RIMP, particles, flakes, powder samples, chemical components are rapidly detected while not affecting their chemical and physical composition. To carry out a test, all that is needed is to place the sample on the tray, click the ‘measure’ button, and automatically perform the analysis. It is widely used in feed production, grain and oil processing, breeding research, and other fields.
The SupNIR-2700 NIR analyser analyses samples in just 6 to 10 seconds and accurately determines moisture, protein, fat, ash, starch and many other parameters. Available factory calibration curves cover a wide range of products and parameters and are built into FPI’s global database of hundreds of thousands of samples.
Operations and Handling:
The SupNIR-2700 has been designed in accordance with the customer’s intended mode of operation, with the objective of reducing the learning curve for laboratory personnel and streamlining the analysis process, thereby reducing the time required for staff to complete their tasks.
The procedure is straightforward and comprises four simple steps:
1. Switch on the machine and allow it to warm up for 30 seconds.
2. Pour the sample into the sample tray.
3. Place the sample tray into the SupNIR-2700.
4. Select the product from the list displayed on the touch screen.
Once these steps have been completed, the analysis will commence automatically, and a comprehensive set of results will be displayed in a few seconds.
